We’re excited to introduce Booster Theme Version 7.2.2, a Shopify theme update focused on improving product page flexibility, variant selector usability, header styling, search layout, and store messaging.
This release helps merchants create cleaner product pages, improve how customers select product options, display product images more smoothly, and customize header layouts with better control. It also introduces a new Icon + Text section, making it easier to highlight store benefits such as free shipping, secure checkout, easy returns, and customer support.
The Product Page Content section now gives merchants better control over spacing. The “Remove Bottom Space” setting is more flexible, making it easier to create cleaner and more balanced product page layouts.
The Quantity Selector is also now separated from the Add to Cart block. This allows merchants to place and organize it more freely, with a quantity title added for better clarity.
The variant selector has been refined to make product options easier to read and select. Text swatches now have better spacing, and variant labels now use a cleaner format, such as “Size: Large” instead of “Size - Large.”
Color and image swatches also now have a clearer selected state, helping customers quickly see which option is selected.
A new thumbnail layout option allows product thumbnails to appear below the main product image. This gives merchants a cleaner way to display multiple product images.
Thumbnail navigation has also been improved, with arrows showing only when needed and smoother interaction when customers select images.
Header styling is now more flexible, especially for Inline Search and Logo Top header layouts. Merchants have better control over spacing, background styling, and separation between the logo and menu areas.
The search layout has also been improved with a wider search bar, cleaner spacing, better search results display, and icons that follow the theme’s text color.
